3. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns that align with company objectives.
5. Provide support in managing and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas of improvement.
6. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms, maintaining a positive brand image and fostering customer loyalty.
7. Stay updated on emerging social media marketing trends and technologies, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
