Social Media Marketing Internship

Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with the other departments for achieving the social media goals
2. Update the social media pages of various clients
3. Increase in social traffic
4. Formulate monthly digital plan and adhere to the same
5. Work on the development of brand awareness and online reputation
6. Manage social media sites with daily updates and reports
7. Engage in dialogues with the customers to monitor appreciation and issues
8. Increase in the social media reach and likes/followers
9. Handle internal branding of the hospital social media pages & engagement
10. Prepare social media reports.

Content management:

1. Manage content for the social media sites, cross management of the same content on the website
2. Formulate and post videos, logs, and related matter on the social media sites & website

Online Reputation Management:

1. Engage in dialogues with the customers to monitor appreciation and issues
2. Formulate & implement the strategy for ORM of each unit.
