About the internship

Job Description:
Define the social media approach and plan for each of the brand's social media channels.
Develop the long term content road-map and periodic monthly content plans.
Curate, schedule and manage the social content calendar for all pages.
Create briefs for designing social media posts and creatives.
Liaise with departments to deliver on briefs as expected and on time.
Drive continuous growth and engagement to industry benchmark levels.
Constantly ideate and experiment to derive learnings to revise and improve performance.
Periodically analyse performance and course correct as and when required.
Create, build and grow a strong social media community and utilize it to impact business.
Monitor and keep a pulse on social media trends, news and best practices.
Utilise the organization's collaborator network to support promotional efforts and campaigns.
Key Skills Required:
Sound understanding of using social media for business (obviously!)
Designing content for social media.
Strong communication skills
Writing, static and video content creation
Creative thinking
Basic analytical abilities
Understanding of online communities
Super strong organisational skills
Flexibility and agility
Online networking and building connections
Customer service & response management
