About the internship
Are you a passionate pet lover looking to gain hands-on experience in community management? Look no further! Pawzz is seeking a dynamic community management intern to join our team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
I. Maintain and optimize social media platforms:
Manage Pawzz s presence on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Develop and implement social media strategies to foster community engagement. Ensure all content adheres to compliance and brand guidelines.
II. Create a sense of community:
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Organize and promote online events, discussions, and activities to enhance community participation. Identify and engage with influencers and key community members. Monitor and report on community feedback and sentiment.
III. Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for social media posts. Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or equivalent.
IV. Content Writing and Strategy:
Write compelling and engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and newsletters. Develop content strategies aligned with Pawzz's goals and objectives. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
V. Social media marketing:
Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Other requirements
1. Possess strong knowledge and skills in graphic design, content writing, social media strategy, and community building.
2. Demonstrate proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or an equivalent.
3. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
5. Show passion for animal welfare and Pawzz’s mission.
6. Commit to dedicating 7-8 hours per day for a minimum of 6 months.
