Looking for a self-motivated, result, and data-driven online performance marketing professional who will plan, implement and manage the overall performance marketing strategy. Develop strong and innovative performance marketing channels, to drive traffic to the company site, align partner site, e-commerce marketplaces, and generate interest in company products to achieve desired ROAS.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work as a performance and e-commerce platform marketing professional to maximize the ROI from digital spending
2. Handle the performance marketing budgets, campaign strategies, tactics, action plans, and timelines
3. Stay directly/indirectly responsible for marketing attributed sales through the site and aligned partners (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
4. Manage, improvise and implement requirements on Shopify powered e-commerce portal to drive traffic, sales conversions and provide regular internal reports
5. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion
6. Continually work on the search engine optimization of the website(s)
7. Liaise with the internal design team for maximizing performance marketing effectiveness
8. Manage the social media presence and outreach
9. Review competitor marketing strategies, tools, product descriptions and keep the company at the forefront of developments in the market segment
