About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on ORM: Monitor the customer reviews that are generated over online platforms and respond back, so as to create a positive note on the services/product of the client
2. Attend all the queries of the clients and resolve them swiftly
3. Prepare weekly and monthly reports and present them to the client
4. Maintain an MIS of all the issues generated and resolved
5. Manage escalated tasks and get the tasks closed

Note:

1. Knowledge of the social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
2. Shift: Regular Shift (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
3. Duration of internship: 6 months
4. Stipend is Rs 10,000
5. After completion of the 6 months of internship, a full-time offer would be given based on the performance
