Social Media Marketing Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and managing original regional content creators (Urdu), onboarding, and growing their portfolio on the platform
2. Developing strategies to achieve maximum engagement and service goals for the accounts they are servicing - a special focus needs to be given for boosting, specifically the humor category on our platform
3. Handling social media for the same, sending notifications, and taking end-to-end care of the assigned categories
4. Acquiring an understanding and sharing the content needs of our platform whilst making sure that their portfolio creators are following the content demands shared with them
5. Ensuring maximum engagement by the content creators on the platform using the internal technical tools
6. Serving as the link of communication between content creators and internal teams
7. Resolving any issues and problems faced by your portfolio of content creators promptly and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
