We are looking for a social media manager for the Kalpana Network that encourages women's participation in STEM. We are looking to grow the network exponentially and require someone who is passionate to grow along with the Kalpana Network. Kalpana program is an initiative of VigyanShaala International (www.VigyanShaala.com)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create posters for events in the Kalpana Network. The events consist of talks/seminars as well as coursework conducted by different STEM leaders across the world. Will be working with Canva primarily (other platforms are also welcome)
2. Promote events: sharing events on the Kalpana Network (LinkedIn + Facebook) and sharing the success of Kalpana Events on the VigyanShaala Account (Facebook, LinkedIn, Insta, Twitter). Working with MailChimp to create and send mass-emails for email marketing
3. Summarize progress of network: providing a continuous and structured report with numbers, on the growth/activities of the Kalpana Network. This includes the number of subscribers, growth rates, interaction scores for various events, future programs, etc.
