As a Social Work intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of areas including client assessments, case management, and community outreach.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the development and implementation of client treatment plans
2. Conducting intake interviews and assessments to determine client needs
3. Providing emotional support and resources to clients and their families
4. Collaborating with other social service agencies to coordinate care for clients
5. Participating in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress
6. Assisting with program evaluation and data collection
7. Contributing to the overall mission of the organization to bring smiles to those in need
