About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring development projects in education, health, livelihood, and women empowerment.
2. Conduct field visits to engage with community members, gather data, and assess project impact.
3. Collaborate with team members to develop and adapt project strategies based on field observations and research findings.
4. Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Participate in community outreach and awareness programs to promote project objectives.
6. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project progress and outcomes.
7. Adapt to tight project schedules and work effectively under pressure.

Indian not-for-profit organization, The We Foundation was founded in 2011 and has a yearly influence on the lives of nearly lakhs of children and their families.
