About the internship

Adani Realty will be engaged with the socio-economic transformation initiatives planned for Dharavi resettlement. Parallel to the physical transformation, we are launching a comprehensive skill development, training, and placement program. This program aims to empower the residents by equipping them with skills that will open doors to a gainful career path. We believe in nurturing young talent and providing them with hands-on experience to complement their academic learning.

Internships with Dharavi Redevelopment Pvt. Ltd. are designed to offer students a comprehensive understanding of the industry while honing their skills in a practical setting. We provide a dynamic environment where interns can work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain valuable insights into their chosen field. The internship will offer the opportunity to gain practical experience, skill enhancement, and a lifetime opportunity to be a part of the iconic project. The interns will have a defined KRA and will contribute significantly towards the socio-economic development project.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on mobilization
2. Work on implementation of the skill development program
3. Work on stakeholder management

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

Additional information

Each intern shall be eligible for a stipend as indicated below:

1. Graduate – INR 5,000 (all inclusive) per month tenured for 3 months
2. Postgraduate – INR 10,000 (all inclusive) per month tenured for 3 months

Note:

1. The internship is full-time for a duration of 3 months
2. Office time: 9.30 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday; second and fourth Saturdays would be a holiday
3. Candidates will be deputed at our site, i.e. Dharavi or the regional office in Bandra
