As a social work intern at DevLens, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a real difference in the lives of others especially the urban poor. We are looking for someone who excels in effective communication, community mobilization, and networking and has a strong proficiency in spoken English and Hindi. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct community-level assessments and develop intervention plans.
2. Advocate with government departments for the community's rights and access to essential services.
3. Resource mobilization and business development by engaging with potential donors.
4. Field visits and monitoring, reporting.
5. Facilitate community outreach programs and awareness campaigns.
6. Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal regulations.
7. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 13th Aug'24 and 17th Sep'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Completed bachelors or masters in social work.
2. Available to work full-time from the office (6 days a week).
3. Willing to travel locally and out of the station.
