Soft Skills & Communication Trainer Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct interactive training sessions to enhance students' spoken and written English proficiency.
2. Design and deliver engaging content on key communication topics such as public speaking, active listening, and email etiquette.
3. Provide personalized feedback to help students improve their verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
4. Develop assessments and activities to measure progress and ensure effective learning outcomes.
5. Collaborate with technical trainers to align soft skills training with students' overall development goals.
6. Train students on how to communicate effectively during interviews and HR rounds, including self-presentation and answering common interview questions.
7. Guide students on how to present themselves professionally in various scenarios.
8. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation.
9. Stay updated with best practices and new trends in communication training to enhance course content.
