About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop a deep understanding of the supported software applications, analyze issues, identify resolutions, and communicate clearly
2. Assist users in resolving their queries or issues raised through the organization's ticketing platform or other supported channels
3. Escalate tickets requiring deeper technical knowledge or access to code to higher levels of support and provide assistance at all levels in due course
4. Validate the resolution of issues in both pre-production and production environments once resolved

Beginner/Basic knowledge/Understanding of C# with .NET, coding and designing, T-SQL and SQL Server optimization, configuration management tools like Git, TFS/Azure DevOps etc., CI/CD, scalable, secure, and maintainable code, and software design and development

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work as part of a team

Excellent English language skills

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 4000 per project milestones).
