Software Development Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
2. Possess strong fundamental concepts and good communication skills
3. Master assigned technology or learn peripheral technologies
4. Learn and apply practices followed by the organization
5. Generate error-free code
6. Adhere to code quality standards
7. Provide weekly status reports to seniors and team
8. Meet the expectations of set sprint, module, or project deadlines

Additional information:

1. After six months of training or internships for all the selected candidates, the training period might be reduced
2. After successful completion of training, the candidate will be confirmed as a junior software engineer based on their performance
3. Candidates will be trained in React JS, Mobile, or NodeJS technology, depending on the company s requirements and policy

Package Details:

1. Annual Package to INR 3.60 lac
2. INR 7500/month Stipend during internship for 6 months
3. After successful completion of the internship, the package would be up to INR 3.60 lac per annum based on performance
4. After completion of 1-year from the date of confirmation, competitive increment based on performance

Note: Candidates have to sign a service agreement for 1.6 years, starting from the date of their internship. Candidates are not required to submit any document, blank check, or amount at the time of signing the document. INR 50,000 bond fee will be applicable if he/she breaks the bond without any valid reason
