Software Development Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Django, and SQL (MySQL/Postgres)
2. Collaborate with team members to design and implement APIs consumed by JavaScript or mobile clients (iOS/Android)
3. Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring smooth application performance
4. Assist in building high-performance, scalable web applications
5. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards
6. Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
7. Proactively explore and experiment with new technologies or frameworks, sharing insights with the team
8. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, ensuring smooth deployment in production
9. Solve problems independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, focusing on incremental progress
10. Document technical processes and maintain excellent communication with the team
