About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop, test, and implement new software programs
2. Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
3. Design and update software database (this includes but is not limited to software applications, websites, data communication processes, and user interfaces)
4. Test, maintain, and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization
5. Independently install, customize and integrate commercial software packages
6. Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues
7. Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing
8. Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
9. Resolve complex technical design issues
