About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and execute test cases for various APIs to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance
2. Write automated test scripts using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or REST Assured under supervision
3. Identify issues such as bugs, errors, or discrepancies in API responses and document these for resolution
4. Gain familiarity with security testing for APIs, such as testing for data privacy, authorization, and access control
5. Collaborate with other QA engineers, developers, and product owners to understand project requirements

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

2. Freshers are welcome

3. Proficiency in testing tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, or similar

4. Exposure to REST Assured or other test automation frameworks is a plus

5. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and test methodologies

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

8. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results

9. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)

10. Knowledge of testing in an Agile/Scrum environment

11. ISTQB certification is a plus
