Candidate should have a passion for critical thinking, problem-solving, understanding product features, how to apply testing fundamentals to find defects in the software under test, and build a career in the testing domain. Candidate with knowledge of test automation gets an additional advantage. Your key role will be to design, build, test, and deploy effective tests along with automation and continuous testing solutions.
1. Take part in the discovery, formulation, and automation of BDD practice.
2. Run exploratory and acceptance tests to ensure the software created meets the requirements.
3. Automate tests using tools like SAHI, Selenium, WebDriver, Appium, JMeter and Karate
4. Analyse test coverage tools, SONAR outputs, test automation results, and CT pipeline reports.
5. Integrate test suites into the test management system and custom test harnesses.
6. Take part in test data creation, test execution reporting, and defect reporting.
7. Take part in the test automation tool research, trials, rollout.
8. Use the defect tracking system, test management system, and traceability matrix to track various test assets.
Technical/Tools Skill Requirement -
1. Exposure to Windows, Linux, Android, iOS Operating Systems
2. Basic Programming Skills in Java, Python, Ruby
3. Automation Tools like Sahi, Selenium, JMeter, Webdriver, Cucumber, Javascript, Jenkins, Docker, Shell scripting
4. Knowledge of ALM tools, Functional Test Automation Life Cycle, Defect Tracking, Test Management tools, Continuous Integration/Testing/Delivery/Deployment. will be a plus.
