About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding various business units & different roles in business units
2. Reaching out to the existing talent pool of the candidates in ATS
3. Doing the first-round screening for applicants & ensuring a strong candidate experience
4. Carrying out market mapping of identified critical roles & maintaining the database for future reference
5. Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database/ATS
6. Tracking conversion rates of sourced candidates that have advanced to interviews, and offers, and have been hired.
