Sourcing & NPD (Supply Chain) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing of products from Indian and other factories
2. Working with cross-functional teams like the design team on developing artwork for packaging boxes, the engineering team for quality checks of products, training customers, support on new launches, etc.
3. Dealing with various vendors such as merchandising activities like calculating trims/raw material, and costing of product
4. Monitoring the product lifecycle of every product in the category and taking early calls for opportunity maximization
5. Accurately forecasting trends, planning stock, and monitoring performance
