Special Education Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop a thorough understanding of the pain points and concerns of the patients, clients & prospects
2. Establish effective client relationships to provide optimal client solutions
3. Provide assessment and recommendations for appropriate treatments for various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders and administer developmentally appropriate services and strategies to assist in improving the current development in the individual
4. Work on strategizing, coordinating, liaising with your supervisor, developing an individualized education program (IEP) and delivering applied behavioral analysis-based interventions to the allocated individuals, and tracking & reporting their progress
5. Gather data, help in conducting scientific studies, review relevant literature, synthesize evidence-based materials, and translate complex behavioral health concepts
6. Use your own services as the benchmark and beat your own best progressively over time
