Job Description: We are looking for a motivated sports data and engagement intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with academies, conducting thorough research, and assisting with documentation tasks. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sports industry while contributing to impactful projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
I. Liaising with Academies:
1. Establish and maintain communication with sports academies to gather relevant information
2. Assist in coordinating meetings and follow-ups with academy representatives
3. Support the onboarding process for academies joining our platform
II. Research:
1. Conduct comprehensive research on sports academies, market trends, and industry best practices
2. Gather and analyze data to support various projects and initiatives
3. Prepare detailed reports and summaries based on research findings
III. Documentation:
1. Assist in the preparation and organization of documents related to academy partnerships and internal processes
2. Maintain accurate records and databases of communications and research findings
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure all documentation is up-to-date and
easily accessible
IV. Onboarding Academies
1. Work closely with sports academies to onboard them onto the SFA platform; this includes guiding academy representatives through the registration process, assisting with the setup of their profiles and ensuring they are fully integrated into
the platform

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, sports management, business, or a related field.
2. Possess strong research and analytical skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Passion for sports and a keen interest in the sports industry.
8. The candidate is required to have their own laptop.
Sports for All (SFA), a fully integrated digital plus on-ground multi-sport platform, is the official partner of the Indian Team for the Olympics, the Commonwealth Games, and the Asian Games. With the belief that potential can only be translated into performance if sport finds support at the grassroots level itself, we launched the SFA Championships in 2015. This tech-enabled, multi-discipline, regional sports tournament truly revolutionized sports at the school level. Enabling us to nurture, monitor, and groom future champs from a very young age.
We are endeavoring to build India's largest multi-sport technology and media platform. On the ground, we execute our own SFA Championships, which is an Olympics-style school sports championship where 15000 children from 500+ schools compete in 30 disciplines of the sport to crown the best school for sport in a city. We are currently in Mumbai and Hyderabad and will take this to over 25 cities in the next 3 years.
