We are looking for entrepreneurs and future leaders - who have a real passion for sports while also practicing their choice of sport regularly.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage overall omni-business for a sport
2. Interact with like-minded sport users and customers with the objective of satisfying user
3. Choose a product range as per the catchment analysis
4. Manage merchandising and stock of a sport territory
5. Work on piloting, budgeting, and PnL for a sport (margin, shrinkage)
6. Work on the result of economic performance with the right forecasting and analysis of the result
7. Practice a sport minimum once a week within exceptional seasonal sports
8. Mediate between users and country sports leader (feedback)
9. Update planner including events, workshops, and leaves
10. Recruit future sports leader with the help of a coach
