About the internship

As a 'Startup Support Trainee' intern at Legal Suvidha, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal and compliance aspects of running a startup.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the registration and incorporation of new startups
2. Researching and compiling legal documents and contracts
3. Providing support in compliance filings and documentation
4. Assisting in drafting legal notices and agreements
5. Conducting legal research on various business-related topics
6. Collaborating with the legal team to ensure timely and accurate support to startups
7. Participating in client meetings and gaining exposure to real-world legal challenges
