About the internship

Guten tag & good day! We are a German craft Bakery & Bistro from Stuttgart & St.Leon, based in Koramangala, Bangalore. We have the mission to bring authentic German bread culture and delicious food to our beloved India.

Under the training of the senior Head Chef Anton Reissmueller (73) and our incredible team from all over India & the world, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and interested people, who would like to join our team as an intern 'Stewards/Waiter' in our German Bakery&Bistro shop and cafe. We are a big family and are super thrilled to grow and expand our start-up with you.
Your roles and responsibilities would be:

1. Keeping the front side clean and maintained:
- Keeping everything maintained and organized.

2. Stock management:
- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels

3. Compliance with health and safety regulations:
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the kitchen supervisor

4. Customer interaction:
- Deliver excellent customer service during order-taking interactions.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
