Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management and customer service
2. Utilize MS Excel to analyze sales data and create reports for management review.
3. Support the Store Manager in implementing strategies to increase store profitability
4. Train and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute store promotions and events
6. Assist in conducting regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
7. Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned by the store manager to contribute to the overall success of the store
