About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by greeting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing assistance on the sales floor
2. Help with receiving shipments, stocking shelves, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records
3. Assist in setting up displays, arranging products to maximize appeal, and ensuring the store's visual standards are met
4. Gain experience in handling cash transactions, processing payments, and balancing registers
5. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, escalating to higher management when necessary
6. Assist with administrative duties such as filing paperwork, updating records, and preparing reports as needed
7. Observe store manager and other senior staff to understand their roles, decision-making processes, and leadership styles
