The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. The candidate should have strong communication skills and should be creative and spontaneous while making plans and should have a demonstrated ability to plan and execute a particular strategy.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify partnership opportunities
2. Build and grow partnerships with premium interior designers in Mumbai to generate and convert leads
3. Develop new relationships and partnerships with designers or channel partners or new partners in an effort to grow the business and help the company expand
4. Build and optimize the process of lead generation to lead conversion
5. Ensure client satisfaction by program managing activities of various functions and ensure the right value is delivered to the client
6. Maintain accurate records of the various leads in different stages and send weekly reports on the progress to cofounders
Skills & Requirements:
1. Candidate who has completed their education is preferred
2. Can join us full-time after their internship at Elemantra
