Subject Matter Expert - Competitive Programming Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help students resolve their queries and ensure the learning experience is hassle-free with respect to doubts raised on the platform
2. Maintain documentation of all queries, coordinate with internal teams for the queries and ensure that they are resolved in time
3. Build and maintain relationships with the student, understanding what they need to achieve their learning goals
4. Ensure that the feedback cycle of students with respect to doubts and content is maintained and take actions based on the feedback

Skills & Requirements:

1. Should be patient, empathetic, and communicative
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Competent time management skills and self-motivated
4. Familiar with the basic to advanced data structure concepts (listed below) and able to solve easy-to-hard category coding problems in them
5. Comfortable with C++ and Java language
6. Able to debug the code solutions of others and guide them properly to write the correct code for the given problems
7. Good to have: Experience in competitive programming and a decent rating in any of the coding platforms

Note: List of key topics: recursion, STL, sliding Window/2 pointers, greedy algorithms, sorting, backtracking, Bit manipulation, number theory, dynamic programming, Disjoint Sets, trees, graphs, combinatorics, geometry, game theory, string, tries, range queries, and Bit masking.
