About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help manage the impact on students by mentoring trainers, modifying lesson plan and ensuring SOP adherence
2. Work on product ideation & management to ensure high NPS across course lines
3. Take certain classes and ensure you understand customer psychology
