About the internship

About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Escalations:
1. First Mile - To coordinate with Marketplace Vendors & Logistic Partners to make pickup within 24 Hrs.
2. Last Mile - To collect data from the NDR & RTO team for escalated shipments and to follow up for those with LP for delivery.
3. To solve last-mile delivery escalations raised by the Bighaat internal team.
4. Co-ordinating with logistic partners and onboarding new vendors
5. To analyze rates of Current Vendors and Onboarding new vendors with the best rates
6. To reduce Logistic costs on a monthly basis - By checking reports of Weight discrepancy reports and daily shipping cost details
7. To reduce Lost & Fraud cases by coordinating with the warehouse and Finance team
8. To Improve Delhivery percentage and reduce RTD %
9. To Onboard New Logistics Partners with Better rates and start the operations
10. To Prepare an MIS report combining all LP data to analyze Cost & RTO To Close all shipments within 15 days.
11. To co-ordinate with the Tech team to automize these reports

Other requirements

1. Having a Masters and Bachelor’s degree in Logistics.

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4. are available for full-time (in-office) internship

5. can start the internship immediately or within 15 days.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per performance based ).
