Supply Chain & Logistics Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing old delivery dates provided in Excel sheets and through Tableau
2. Defining clusters based on data and creating beat plans against a node, collating data in the format provided by the Salesforce/IT team
3. Validating beat plans with the local sales and e-commerce operations teams
4. Rolling out the beat plan across locations with assistance from Salesforce, Operations, Marketing, and CRM teams, visiting operating sites, and collecting customer feedback post-rollout
5. Refining beat plans based on feedback post-rollout to minimize costs and improve customer service
