1. Understand the scope, nature, terms, and conditions of the work contract to be given to the suppliers (subcontractor/vendor/service partner)
2. Write & prepare with the help of the seniors, a detailed calling speech for the work contract, perfect it by practising in both English and Hindi
3. Identify the type of supplier/vendor
4. Collect data of potential suppliers using Google, other search engines, & platforms (like Justdial, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
5. Prepare & manage WhatsApp groups
6. Call all the potential suppliers, explaining in detail, the work contract to be given to the subcontractor
7. Ensure that a written description is given of the work contract they are going to be bidding on (include drawn plans & clear written specifications, where required)
8. Shortlist competent suppliers, send them details/forms of SIC via mail or WhatsApp, if the need be (a write-up about SIC and its background in the category-related work)
9. Ask the shortlisted suppliers to provide their required details
10. Shortlist the most suitable suppliers & facilitate a virtual meeting between them and the management at SIC
11. Assist the management at SIC in selecting a supplier (subcontractor/vendor/service partner) after reviewing the relative price, experience, and reputation of each bidding supplier
12. Make google forms & facilitate their filling by the supplier
