Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently
4. Assist with user onboarding and training to ensure customers are fully utilizing our platform
5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better assist customers.
8. Visit Clinics & PHCs for training & support of staff
