About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Deploying and launching product/CRs in the customer environment
2. Working as the single technical point of contact to deliver solutions to a customer and manage support issues
3. Working as the single point of contact for all verbal and formal communication with customers for implementation and support activities

Added requirements

1. Good analytic and logical reasoning skills

2. Sound knowledge of RDBMS concepts and queries

3. Sound understanding of at least one programming language and ability to understand/write programs

4. Sound understanding of software development cycle and methodologies

5. Well established communication (verbal/written), presentation, and inter-personal skills

6. Experience in Unix/Shell scripting is an added advantage
