Support & Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build a strong network with a range of professionals including but not limited to doctors, clinical specialists, psychiatrists as well as hospitals
2. Analyze market trends and conditions to understand where opportunities for networking and business-building
3. Work on attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
4. Reach out to doctors and other medical professionals through both offline and online means and develop constructive relationships
5. Work on researching competitor's offerings and their respective market performances
6. Negotiate contracts with prospective clients taking care of terms of the agreement and post-contract formalities
7. Answer phones and explain the product and services offered by the company
8. Contact existing customers as well as prospective customers
9. Prepare presentations for potential customers
10. Maintain detailed records and work on reviewing sales performance
11. Call active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items
12. Address clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
