The intern will assist in the early stages of a sustainable manufacturing program called 'Accelerating Clean and Equitable (ACE) Manufacturing in India'.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on stakeholder engagement & build relationships
2. Support the team in identifying potential beneficiaries/partners like business units, industries, associations, etc.
3. Interview and gather key information for collaboration and conduct need-want assessments
4. Identify and help build relationships with relevant knowledge partners
5. Follow up with identified stakeholders and track progress
6. Assist with the preparation of important project documentation
7. Assist in outlining creative capacity building methods and developing an inclusive green skills curriculum
8. Maintain databases and ensure accurate collection and aggregation of project data
9. Create effective PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) and infographics for internal/external communication
10. Conduct background document searches
11. Work on other tasks, as determined by the project lead

The project's goal is to:
1. Accelerate the decarbonization of SMEs by increasing the adoption of energy efficiency and renewable energy measures
2. Create an equitable green workforce, to address the green skill supply-demand and the gender gap in CleanTech
3. Make policy suggestions in the SME clusters for scalable CleanTech deployment techniques and the development of an inclusive green labor force
4. Focus is on the automotive, textile, and chemical sectors
