1. Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in energy, environment, sustainability, communications, and/or related discipline
2. Good theoretical knowledge and understanding of sustainability reporting and corporate social reporting
3. Demonstrated analytical skills
4. Demonstrated technical and business writing skills such as towards thesis, papers, articles, business plans
5. Fluent in written and spoken English
6. Knowledge of Global Reporting Initiative and ISO 26000
