1. Taking care of the organization's website (includes updates, maintenance, etc.)
2. Digitizing CRM/HR management software and process improvement software
3. Configuring mail servers/active directories/access management/FTP servers
4. Providing suggestions on new software in order improvize process, either open-source/proprietary
5. Working on laptop/desktop configuration and troubleshooting (software and hardware)
Note: The intern will get the opportunity to get the organization on the digitization track and bring innovation in current IT operations. Innovation and improvisation will be appreciated.
