System Administration Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining and administrating computer networks and related computing environment including system software, application software, hardware, and configuration
2. Dealing and handling various system and server related issues physically and remotely
3. Performing ticket-based operations for our international clients
4. Providing assistance over remote as a technical expert to international clients
5. Working as a Kaseya expert and provide solutions to any issue occurred while maintaining the server and workstations through Kaseya
6. Communicating with the client and providing them the required information as a technical expert
7. Dealing with the issues related to the Microsoft applications, computer applications, and other system software and providing the fix
8. Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required
9. Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures
10. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems
