1. Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, including Windows Server and Linux
2. Managing user accounts, permissions, email services, and cloud storage
3. Ensuring system security through regular updates and patch management
4. Backing up and restoring files, and ensuring the integrity and security of data
5. Automating routine tasks with scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or similar
6. Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls
7. Monitoring network performance to ensure high availability and reliability
8. Troubleshooting network issues and resolving problems affecting system performance
9. Implementing network security measures, such as firewalls and encryption
10. Planning and executing network upgrades and expansions.

Other requirements
Strong foundation in both Windows and Linux environments
Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), routing, and switching
Familiarity with server hardware, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and containerization
Knowledge of system security techniques and tools
Basic scripting and automation skills.
