About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1) Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Help maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.

2) HR Operations:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.
- Help manage employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

3) Administrative Support & Office Administration:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and organizing office logistics.
- Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Support in managing calendars, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks.
- Provide support for office-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Event management

Other requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong interest in human resources and talent acquisition.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
