Talent Acquisition (Human Resources) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on end-to-end recruitment and selection as per Apollo oncology & international requirements
2. Posting jobs and attracting talent through social networking
3. Screening candidates' resumes and job applications
4. Managing the pipeline, coordinating assignments, coordinating with recruitment agencies (if any), industry/potential talent mapping activities, social media recruiting, and other related tasks as applicable
5. Supporting in coordinating with hiring managers (as applicable)
6. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
7. Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
8. Recommending solutions for better operations
9. Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Skills & Requirements:

1. Must be digitally literate and comfortable learning and working on all job-related tasks
2. The candidate must possess excellent verbal communication skills
3. Should be able to work with Excel sheets, PowerPoint, and other digital project management tools to manage the pipeline of candidates and talent acquisition end-to-end process
