We are seeking a motivated talent acquisition intern to assist our recruitment team. This role involves sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone interviews. You will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and help identify top talent for our organization.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
2. Screen resumes to shortlist potential candidates.
3. Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess qualifications.
4. Collaborate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews.

2. can start the internship between 14th Oct'24 and 18th Nov'24
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
