Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source and screen candidates for open positions through various channels.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze recruitment data for reporting purposes.
4. Support employer branding initiatives to attract potential candidates.
5. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company's brand.
6. Collaborate with various departments to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
7. Contribute to the overall recruitment strategy and drive process improvement initiatives.
