Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and screening applicants.
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
3. Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top talent.
4. Communicate with candidates effectively and provide a positive candidate experience.
5. Assist in organizing recruitment events and activities.
6. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve recruitment goals.
