About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills and suitability for roles.
3. Explore various sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, and referrals.
4. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
6. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
7. Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments.
8. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
9. Support reporting and analysis of recruitment activities.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
11. Contribute ideas for innovative recruitment strategies.
