About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the requirements: Go through the provided job description to understand the responsibilities, required skills, and desired qualifications. This foundational step ensures alignment between the role and organizational needs. Source Profiles: Utilize various job boards and platforms to search for potential candidates. Actively engage and leverage social media channels to reach a broader audience of prospective interns. Explain the Role: Include learning opportunities and growth potential to attract candidates who resonate with the company's values and objectives. Screen Profiles: Review submitted applications to assess candidates against the established criteria and collect essential candidate details to facilitate informed discussions with the mentor.
2. First-level screening: Present selected profiles to the mentor for initial evaluation, ensuring only the most suitable candidates proceed in the selection process. Schedule Interviews: Coordinate interview scheduling with relevant panel members and candidates upon receiving mentor approval. Ensure all stakeholders are aware of their roles and responsibilities during the interview process.
3. Follow-up: Proactively follow up with scheduled candidates to minimize interview drop-outs. Provide timely reminders to panel members to prepare for and conduct the interviews effectively. Collect Interview Feedback: After each interview, gather feedback from the interview panel to evaluate candidate performance and fit. Compile this feedback for discussion with the team and aid in final decision-making.
