About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as an ambassador for HomeLane by attracting and hiring the best talent in the industry.
2. Assist senior recruiters with sourcing, branding, candidate experience, and management.
3. Serve as a talent advisor to the business.
4. Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and nurture a pipeline of passive talent.
5. Manage and drive the entire recruitment life cycle at HomeLane.
